What We Offer

Our clinics focus on dressage, pole work, and show jumping but we are always on the lookout for opportunities to diversify our offerings and provide fresh experiences. In addition to these clinics, we host a range of unaffiliated competitions, including dressage, show jumping, one-day events (ODE), hunter trials, and showing shows. Our events have attracted some renowned talent, with top-level professionals like international show jumper Geoff Billington and 5* event rider Jonty Evans joining us for clinics, bringing their expertise and insight to our riders.

How It Started
Hi, I’m Katie, and I’m the proud founder of H&P Equine Events. My loan pony, Holly, and I have been on quite a journey together, and she has been my constant companion through it all (you'll see lots of photos of us in the gallery).

I set up H&P with the incredible support of Sam, Holly’s owner (you may see her helping out at our events!), and together, we’ve worked to create something special for the equestrian community.
​
The idea for H&P actually came about when Sam had to undergo an operation, which left me without a riding partner and unable to get out to events. I saw a post one day on Facebook from Geoff Billington, advertising clinics but they were too far from home (3 hours plus!).
​
Rather than giving up, I decided to take matters into my own hands and bring Geoff's expertise to our local riding centre. The clinic was a huge success, and before I knew it, I had numerous people asking me to organize more events.
