How quickly will my order ship?
A.

If your item is in stock it will ship out the next business day via UPS. If it is not in stock it may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer.

How do I use the Bridle Registry?
A.

The Bridle Registry allows registered users to create a "wish list" of items viewable by yourself and your friends and loved ones.  In order to use this service customers must first log on to the High Performance Equine website. The log on is located in the upper right hand side of the website.  Click on Create User if this is the first time and fill out the information. Once you have registered you may now add items to your wish list by clicking on the "Add to Wish List" button associated with each product. When you add a product to the wish list a box will pop up asking if the product should be made searchable by the general public. If you click "Yes" then people will be able to search the Bridle Registry by name and/or email address.  If "No" is selected the item will only be viewable by the registered user.

Is this site secure?

Yes, all credit card transactions use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption to ensure that your information is protected. Additionally, we do not store customer credit card information. All credit card charges are applied upon order placement.

Q.
Can I save the products in my shopping cart?
A.

Yes, you can save your shopping cart with your profile information and retrieve it when you return to the site.

Will your mobile unit come to my farm?
A.

The High Performance Equine Mobile Unit regularly travels to shows, clinics, breed inspections and farm visits. If you know of an event or would like us to visit your farm contact us to check on availablity and to discuss the details. Email us at info@hpequine.com
